Fat loss / Weight loss through running

If you want to burn fat  (better said:  a lot of fat) through running you have to run slowly and for a long time.

If you want to burn calories in order to lose weight (maybe: quick) you have to run faster. And you can use some intervals. 

When you run slowly (this is good for your basic endurance) the total burn of calories is not so high, as if you run faster.

When your goal is to improve basic endurance - run slowly.

When our basic endurance is good and you are in a good running shape, then you can run faster - in order to be faster or in order to burn more calories.

Burnt calories alwas come from fat and carbohydrates  (stored in the body they are called: glykogen). 

Here is an example:

Case 1:  If you run slowly your body uses to a certain  percentage more fat - but the total amount of calories is low. (Say:  1 hour slow running is about 500 - 550 calories....depends on your body-weight, muscles etc. ). From these calories are approx. 50 - 60% fat: so you have around burnt 300 calories from your body fat and 250 calories carbohydrates.

Case 2: If you run fast your body burns a much higher total amount of calories (say:  800 - 850 calories in an hour). From these calories are approx. 40% fat: so you have  burnt around 300 calories from your body fat and 550 calories carbohydrates.

So you have burnt the same amount in fat. But you have burnt much more calories in case 2.  

And - later on - if you burn more calories then you eat (in 24 oder 48 etc. hours) you will lose weight.

Nur im genannten Zeitraum.

Dauer pro Trainingseinheit: 120 Minuten.

Terminvereinbarung grundsätzlich möglich für:

Montag - Samstag / 06.00 - 20.00 Uhr (jeweils Trainingsbeginn)
